According to experts from the China Electronic Commerce Research Institute, China's Industrial Internet has basically been launched simultaneously with developed countries, and has made initial progress in framework, standards, testing, security, and international cooperation. However, compared with developed countries, the overall development level and practical foundation are still not high, the industry support capacity is insufficient, the core technology and high-end products are highly dependent on foreign countries, the comprehensive capabilities of key platforms are not strong, the standard system is not perfect, and the level of enterprise digitalization and networking Needs to be improved, lack of leadership by leading enterprises, insufficient talent support and security guarantee capabilities, and still have a big gap between the manufacturing power and the network power.
The bottleneck needs to be broken
It is understood that data collection is the foundation of the industrial Internet platform. The first problem that the industrial Internet platform must solve is to connect people, machines, equipment, and business systems in the industry. However, it is not easy to connect equipment to the industrial site. At present, in the industrial enterprises above designated size in my country, more than 80% of the machinery and equipment are "dumb" devices that are not connected to the Internet and cannot speak, and only 20% of the devices are connected to the Internet to "talk", but these devices follow different communication protocols. , There is a serious "language barrier", which has become a bottleneck restricting the construction of industrial Internet platforms.
In addition, factors such as weak industrial big data modeling and analysis capabilities and few applications have also restricted the development of my country's industrial Internet.
In particular, it is worth mentioning that in the development of industrial Internet platforms in my country, the standard system has always been imperfect and inconsistent, which is extremely detrimental to the rapid development of the industry.
The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated that the guidelines for the construction and promotion of the industrial Internet platform launched this time focus on the construction of the platform standard system, the construction of the standard promotion mechanism, and the promotion of international standards connection. The first is to formulate a number of national standards, industry standards and group standards for the basic commonality, key technologies and application services of the industrial Internet platform, and establish a platform standard system; the second is to play the role of all parties in industry, academia, research and use, alliances and associations, and build standard management Service platform, develop standard compliance verification tools and solutions, carry out standard publicity and implementation training, and form a platform standard formulation and promotion mechanism; the third is to establish a benchmarking mechanism with the German Industry 4.0 platform and the US Industrial Internet Alliance to accelerate the development of international standards Domestic transformation, support standardization agencies and key enterprises to directly participate in the formulation of international standards, and promote the international connection of platform standards.
